What does responsible gaming mean?

Online gaming is entertainment — played in moderation, it's fun and enjoyable. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your time, money, and mindset. At 777hi, we are committed to helping every member maintain that control.

Gaming is not a source of income — it's entertainment. Every game carries both the chance to win and the chance to lose. Only bet what you can afford to lose. That is the first and most important rule of responsible gaming.

777hi's Responsible Gaming tools are free and available to all members. Use them — taking control proactively is always the smart move.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits

A few simple habits, practiced consistently, can significantly reduce the risk of problems. 777hi recommends:

Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
Never chase your losses with more bets — it's the biggest trap of all.
Set a fixed daily gaming time and stick to it.
Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or when feeling emotionally stressed.
Do not game during family time, work, or study hours.
Treat winnings as a bonus, not as expected income.
Take a break every now and then — it's good for both your body and mind.

Stay ahead of the problem before it starts.

Gaming addiction doesn't happen overnight — it builds gradually. That's why staying aware from the start matters. Be honest with yourself. If gaming is starting to affect your daily life, relationships, or finances, talk to someone about it.

At 777hi, you can activate self-exclusion directly from your account. This is not a sign of weakness — it takes real courage. Knowing when to take care of yourself is a sign of true strength.

Minor Protection

777hi strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from accessing the platform. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

If you have children or teenagers at home, keep your device password-protected and never leave your login credentials where others can see them. After logging in to 777hi, always log out before handing your device to someone else.

03

04

Recognise the early warning signs

If you notice any of these signs, reach out to support or activate self-exclusion without delay.

You keep playing to win back lost money, telling yourself "this time I'll win."

You are dipping into savings or cutting back on essential expenses to fund gaming.

You are lying to or hiding things from family and friends about your gaming.

When not gaming, you feel irritable, anxious, or low.

You are spending far more time gaming than planned and cannot seem to stop.

You are gaming while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.

How the Tools Work

1

Deposit Limit

Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a 7-day cooling period — so a split-second decision can't put you at risk.

2

Loss Limit

Once you hit a set loss amount, the game stops automatically. Setting this limit removes the risk of chasing losses in the heat of the moment.

3

Session Limits & Reality Check

Choose any session length between 15 minutes and 8 hours. When your time is up, you'll receive a reality check notification showing how much you've won, how much you've lost, and how long you've been playing.

4

Cooling-Off Period

Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 6 weeks. During this period, you won't be able to log in or make deposits, and welcome emails and marketing communications will be paused.

5

Self-Exclusion

Our most powerful tool — a complete account block for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be accessed by any means, and the exclusion cannot be lifted before it expires.

6

Account Statement

You can view your full gaming and transaction history at any time. It's a useful way to understand your spending patterns and make more informed decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, activating self-exclusion does not affect your balance. Once the exclusion period ends and your account is reactivated, your balance will remain intact. However, no withdrawals can be made while the exclusion is active.

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period. This rule is in place to protect you from making impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break — from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account resumes automatically once it ends. Self-exclusion is longer-term — from 6 months to 5 years — and cannot be reversed before the period is up.

Self-exclusion can only be activated by the account holder themselves. However, if you believe someone needs assistance, please reach out to our support team — we'll point them in the right direction.

Start by contacting 777hi's support team and activating self-exclusion. Then talk to a family member or someone you trust about what you're going through. If needed, seek advice from a professional mental health specialist. Remember — asking for help is not weakness, it's courage.
